Personal trainers and yoga teachers spend hours arranging things – when, where, how much. One client texts at seven in the morning that they cannot make it today, another asks whether there is room in Thursday’s class, a third wants to start but would like an initial consultation first. You can only reply between sessions, and a few reschedules later your diary is a mess.
Group classes add another worry: how many people will actually turn up, and whether you will go over the room’s capacity.
1. Your own page, even without a website
Homeearly creates a free page for you in the admin within minutes, at homeearly.eu/firma/your-studio. The design suits your industry and your services appear with price, length and photos – personal training, initial consultation and plan, group class or online session. Add a gallery, map and contact details; terms and conditions and a privacy policy are generated automatically. Clients click “Book now” and pick a time. You can redirect your own domain. Find out more on the business page feature.
2. Already have a website? Add booking to it
If you already have a website, Instagram or Google profile, nothing needs to change. Embed the booking calendar with one snippet of code, or share a link with clients and in your profile. The real benefit is what happens afterwards: sessions, reminders, client cards and payments in one place.
3. Group classes with capacity under control
For each service you set the length, price and capacity – how many clients can attend at once. In the availability calendar clients see where there is space (green), where only a few spots remain (orange) and what is full (red). Nobody can sign up for a full class. If you teach in several rooms, you can set them up as resources.
4. Reminders and rescheduling without messaging
- Email confirmation right after booking and a reminder the day before by email, text or WhatsApp.
- Clients reschedule or cancel on their own, so someone else can take the freed spot.
- Regular sessions can be scheduled as recurring, with no need to enter them by hand every week.
- Availability from Google, Outlook or iCloud calendars – when you have a private appointment, clients cannot book that time.
- Client cards with session history and notes (goals, health limitations, progress).
- Follow-up reminders for the next consultation or plan review, plus a Google review request.
5. Getting paid without chasing
You can optionally ask for payment in advance by QR code, bank transfer or card. Invoices with a payment QR code take a few clicks, bank payments are matched automatically, and overdue invoices trigger a reminder. Snap a photo of a receipt for new equipment and the details are filled in for you; your accountant gets a ready export.
A trainer’s day, for example
An illustrative scenario: At six in the morning your phone shows a notification that another client has signed up for the evening yoga class – it turns orange, two spots left. Your mid-morning client moved their session to Thursday after yesterday’s reminder, so you have an hour to prepare a plan for a newcomer who booked an initial consultation through Instagram. Before the session you glance at their client card for notes. By evening the class is full and nobody else can join.
What you get out of it
Less texting and calling, fewer clients who forget, classes that never overflow, and faster payment thanks to advance payments and QR invoices. Clients will also see that you run a well-organised business. See the setup for your industry on the personal trainer, fitness and yoga page.
