Exports for your accountant: Pohoda, ISDOC, Money S3 and Excel in one click

Month-end without retyping invoices into accounting software. Download issued invoices and credit notes in a format your accountant can import.

Exports for your accountant: Pohoda, ISDOC, Money S3 and Excel in one click

Your accountant gets in touch at the start of the month: “Send me your invoices.” Either you send a pile of PDFs they then have to retype, or you spend an evening on a spreadsheet. Both cost time and money, because accountants are happy to bill for retyping.

Formats accounting software can read

Under Finance → Export documents for accounting pick a period and a format:

  • Pohoda: an XML dataPack that imports straight into Pohoda.
  • ISDOC: the Czech e-invoicing standard, a ZIP with one .isdoc file per invoice. Most accounting software can read it.
  • Money S3 and ABRA Flexi (FlexiBee): XML document export.
  • CSV for Excel: an income and expense overview when your accountant works in a spreadsheet.

The Pohoda and ISDOC exports follow the official schemas and include credit notes. Amounts, customer and supplier come straight from the stored invoice, so your books show exactly what the customer received.

What about expenses?

No need to copy expenses by hand. Snap a photo of the receipt or invoice, the QR code is read automatically and the supplier is filled in from the ARES register by company ID. Expenses then appear in your reports and exports, and every job shows what it really cost.

Tip: agree with your accountant first

Ask which format suits them best and try importing the first export into a test company. Once it works, you just download one file a month and send it. If you also take cash or card payments on the spot, read our article on EET 2.0 from 2027.
